Jovana Čapaković is a Partner at act legal Western Balkans and heads the Real Estate and Construction Department. She advises and represents clients before government authorities in procedures to obtain planning permissions; drafts construction contracts and takes part in other activities related to property construction, handover, purchase, sales, leasing, and real estate management. She is also tasked with property due diligence and handles all other real estate transactions.
