Josu Alonso is an associate lawyer in the labour law department of act legal Spain, helping corporate and private clients to avoid and resolve disputes in their labour and social security relations, with a special focus on litigation. He has extensive experience in the elaboration of workforce and human resources management strategies, advising on labour disputes at all stages, both in the judicial and pre-judicial phases, together with continuous participation in restructuring and reorganisation of workforces of companies of different sizes with national and international presence.
