Marta Łobzowska specialises in real estate law, with a particular focus on commercial lease agreements, especially for warehouse and office spaces. She has over a decade of experience in negotiating and managing lease agreements, service contracts, and agreements with contractors, as well as handling real estate portfolio management for our clients. She represents funds and developers operating in the commercial real estate market. Currently, she advises clients such as Adventum, Mapletree, Patrizia, Strabag, and Nielsen. Previously, she collaborated with Azora, Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, and Curtis Development. Thanks to several years of working for a prestigious international law firm Marta also has background in legal advisory concerning real estate investment financing transactions, particularly with regard to large commercial and development projects. This is in addition to her expertise in contract law and employment law, acquired while working as an in-house lawyer at the Polish branch of a credit institution.
