Our team had the honor to support Shape Robotics, a recognized leader in the EdTech sector and a company listed on the NASDAQ Nordic. Our support was focused on providing comprehensive legal advice to our Client during the process of share swap In order to acquire 100% shares in Skriware S.A., an innovative Polish EdTech company.

In this significant transaction, the shareholders of Skriware S.A. decided to swap their shares for stakes in Shape Robotics, which involves acquiring over 1.16 million shares. Skriware S.A. will be fully integrated into the Shape Robotics group, to become a key center for software development.
