Dominika handles complex civil and commercial litigation matters, as well as criminal cases. Her areas of expertise also include public procurement law – she consults on public procurement processes, representing contracting authorities and bidders alike. Dominika boasts vast experience when it comes to representing clients before the National Appeals Chamber. She consults on intellectual property rights, especially copyrights, trademarks and unfair competition.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw
She completed post-graduate studies in International Economic and Business Law from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in the Netherlands and a one-year course in Italian and European Law, organised jointly by University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Law, Calabria University, Italy.
She also studied law at the Roma Tre University in Rome.
