Amsterdam, 25 March 2025 ~ We are proud to announce that, as of 1 April, Nicole Six will be joining act legal as a partner and will become part of our Employment Law team.
Nicole has worked as an employment lawyer since 2000, with a detour between 2005 and 2009 when she joined IKEA as HR Manager and Compensation & Benefits Manager. In addition to her broad expertise in employment law, Nicole has a special interest in collective labour law and employee participation law. She knows employment law from the employer’s perspective and is also a trained mediator. In her international practice, Nicole advises leading companies in the retail, hospitality & leisure, real estate, and professional services sectors, areas in which we aim to further strengthen our firm’s position and which align perfectly with act legal’s international employment law practice.
Managing Partner Terry Steffens: “We are very pleased that with Nicole’s arrival, we can take the next step in our growth ambitions and further strengthen our Employment Law team. Together with partner Elias van Kampen, we will be able to support our clients even better in employment law matters, with a larger team and complementary expertise, and help them make the best decisions. A very warm welcome to Nicole!”
Nicole Six: “I am extremely proud to be joining this dynamic and entrepreneurial firm as of 1 April and to spread my wings even further. This move allows me to offer my current clients an even stronger proposition through a larger employment law team, and to advise new clients at a very high level, both nationally and internationally. I’m also really looking forward to working with my new national and international act legal colleagues!”
