She is experienced in preparing documentation for public and private offerings, bond issues and M&A transactions. She has advised corporate clients on delisting processes, tender offers and acquisition of significant stakes of shares. She has also provided ongoing legal services to companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and NewConnect in relation to corporate and registration matters. She is a co-author of scientific publications, e.g. on capital markets and AML.
