Lunch webinar recap: negotiating in crisis – staying in control when it matters most

On 19 June 2025, act legal Switzerland (formerly BGPartner Ltd) and the Negotiation Academy Potsdam (NAP) hosted a lunch webinar on the challenges of negotiating in times of crisis.

Economic uncertainty, geopolitical tensions and internal disruptions can place considerable pressure on decision-makers and negotiators. The webinar explored how professionals can remain calm, focused and effective at the negotiation table, even in demanding circumstances.

Drawing on both academic research and practical experience, the speakers shared concrete approaches for managing difficult conversations, maintaining strategic clarity and achieving sustainable outcomes under pressure.
