Michael Achleitner practices primarily in the areas of real estate law, insurance law, litigation and general civil law. In the area of real estate law, he represents real estate companies of all sizes in all matters of contract law, ongoing legal advice and in court proceedings. In insurance law, he is active in the regulatory area as well as in insurance contract law and in the conduct of court proceedings. His clients also primarily include medium-sized service and production companies, which he advises on an ongoing basis.
