act legal Poland advised funds co-managed by CVI Dom Maklerski on a PLN 54 million bond issuance

Our team provided comprehensive legal advice to funds co-managed by CVI Dom Maklerski sp. z o.o. in connection with the issuance of bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 54,000,000.

The issuance was carried out on 24 June 2026 by GPM Vindexus Niestandaryzowany Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Wierzytelności, managed by Mebis Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. The proceeds from the issuance will be used to finance the purchase of Series X2 bonds issued by Giełda Praw Majątkowych "Vindexus" S.A., as well as to finance the Issuer's current operations.

Legal support to the bondholders was provided by: Piotr Smołuch (Managing Partner), Diana Dzwonkowska-Palinka (Senior associate) and Katarzyna Bochowicz (Senior associate).

The role of collateral agent in the transaction was performed by CVI Trust sp. z o.o., advised by the law firm Invest Legal Dubyk, Kędzierski Kancelaria Prawna sp.k., represented by adw. Łukasz Kędzierski.
