International expansion: RUNBO INT PTE. LTD acquired AL-KO Geräte GmbH

RUNBO INT PTE. LTD, a 100% subsidiary of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange-listed Ningbo Daye Garden Machinery Co. Ltd, Zhejiang, China, has successfully acquired AL-KO Geräte GmbH.

This transaction unites two well-established companies in their industries. Ningbo Daye Garden Machinery, a leading provider of garden machinery in China, and AL-KO, an internationally active technology group specializing in garden equipment, are now joining forces to further enhance their global competitiveness.

AL-KO Group, with 23 locations in more than 19 countries, is part of the PRIMEPULSE association, a technology-oriented investment holding that actively supports the growth ambitions of its group companies.
