Dominik Mielczarek joins act legal Poland as a Partner

Dominik Mielczarek, an attorney-at-law and manager with many years of experience in the financial sector, joins act legal Poland as a Partner.

He brings extensive knowledge of the capital markets from both the regulatory and business perspectives.

At the firm, he will co-lead the development of the capital markets practice, advise financial institutions, and support the areas of compliance and legal risk management.

Dominik specialises in advising regulated entities, handling transactions, including infrastructure financing, implementing sector-specific regulations, and representing clients before supervisory authorities.

For more than a decade, he held senior management positions at reputable financial institutions, including serving as Head of Legal at a brokerage house and at an investment fund management company with assets under management worth tens of billions of Polish zlotys. He also gained professional experience at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
