Prior to the establishment of Bán & Partners he worked with major international law firms. He commenced his career with Martonyi and Kajtár Baker & McKenzie, later worked with Bán, S. Szabó & Partners (in cooperation with Gleiss Lutz and prior to that with Shearman & Sterling) for 7 years, then with Kővári Tercsák Salans (currently Dentons).

Received his J.D. from the Faculty of Law of Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2001
