Marta Kosiedowska specialises in real estate law, M&A, corporate law, and purchase of luxury yachts. Marta is highly experienced in handling real estate deals. She plays a crucial role in major transactions of our key clients. Among others, she advised Strabag on a number of real estate sales and acquisitions in Warsaw. She advised to Adventum Group on all acquisition deals of that fund in Poland including the acquisition of eight office towers located in the biggest Polish cities. She also specialises in real estate leasing while representing lessors of A-class office buildings and logistics centers. She advises on real estate financing and refinancing. Having represented both buyers and sellers, Marta boasts vast experience in share deals, asset deals and sale of enterprises or their business units. She has consulted on joint venture transactions, numerous mergers (incl. cross-border ones), sale of production plants and acquisition of shares in a range of companies. Marta also supervises purchase transactions of luxury yachts, during which she represents Polish and international clients in negotiations and execution of shipbuilding contracts, acquisition and sale of yachts and all related aspects. Currently, its clients also include Mapletree, Volkswagen, and Vinci.
