With over six years of experience dedicated exclusively to criminal law, he advises and represents both Romanian and international clients throughout all stages of criminal proceedings. Daniel has extensive experience before criminal investigation authorities and courts, assisting clients in high-profile and sensitive cases requiring strategic defense and careful risk management. His practice also extends to proceedings before administrative authorities and to matters with cross-border implications. In addition to his domestic practice, Daniel has represented clients before the European Court of Human Rights, preparing applications and written submissions in English in proceedings involving alleged breaches of fundamental rights.
