Cristina de Santiago has extensive experience in highly complex technical litigation before courts at all levels and in ad hoc and institutionalized arbitration. She has advised companies on a wide variety of matters and, especially, in disputes arising from breaches of engineering, construction and EPC contracts. In the administrative litigation area, she has specialized in public procurement disputes, having advised some of the main players in the defense sector in our country. Cristina has also designed and delivered training programs, awareness and assistance to the compliance officer in the work of continuous review of the effectiveness of the systems for their adaptation to the circumstances of the company. Additionally, she has led training, awareness-raising, and assistance programs for compliance officers, part of an ongoing review of the effectiveness of compliance systems and their adaptation to the company’s unique circumstances.
