Inês Albuquerque e Castro has more than 25 years of experience in Employment and Social Security law. Her practice focuses on advising national and international companies on employment matters, including collective bargaining, corporate restructurings, workforce reductions, mergers, transfers of undertakings and other forms of corporate reorganisation, as well as representing companies in contentious, disciplinary and misdemeanour proceedings. Throughout her career, she has worked at leading law firms and has also developed her practice in other jurisdictions, particularly in African countries.
