Mª Encarnación Pérez-Pujazón Millán has over 25 years of professional experience as a lawyer, specialising in complex civil and commercial litigation. She advises national and international clients on high-value and sophisticated disputes, with a particular focus on patrimonial, contractual and corporate conflicts. She has extensive experience in succession and family business matters, civil liability and insurance, as well as insolvency-related proceedings and arbitration. She regularly acts as lead counsel, defining procedural strategy in complex litigation matters.
