Gianni Tognoni

Gianni Tognoni advises entrepreneurs, companies, and corporate groups on governance, M&A, and strategic legal matters. He has deep experience in restructuring, turnaround and insolvency proceedings - both as advisor and court-appointed officer - and regularly handles litigation in these areas. He is also well-versed in corporate compliance, cybersecurity, and organisational models under Legislative Decree 231/2001, and serves as a member of various Supervisory Boards.
