Ewa Dukaczewska

Ewa Dukaczewska specialises in real estate law, with a particular focus on leasing commercial space in shopping centres and leasing office and warehouse space. Her practice to-date has concentrated on advising some of the largest entities on the Polish market involved in the construction, commercialisation and management of shopping centres. On a day-to-day basis she provides services consisting in drafting lease agreement standards for individual facilities, negotiating lease agreements, including with large-scale tenants of particular importance to shopping centres, and further handling the contracts in question. She participates in due diligence projects for retail facilities and provides services at various stages of investment – both in relation to existing facilities and those newly built or undergoing redevelopment.
