Dr Laura Knöpfel advises individuals and companies in negotiations and on civil procedure and private international law. In addition, her practice focuses on corporate sustainability and reporting, corporate governance, climate and environmental law, personality rights and data protection. Having studied law and anthropology in the United Kingdom and Colombia, she brings an international and interdisciplinary perspective to her work. Before entering private practice, she pursued an academic career and continues to teach environmental law at the University of Bern.
