Magdalena Banaszczyk-Głowacka is an experienced real estate lawyer who also has expertise in construction law and employment law. She is always open to new challenges posed by real estate projects (including commercial and office investments), in particular those carried out by large developers. She represents clients during office and retail space lease and construction (including for hotel space) agreements negotiations as well as provides advise on commercial facilities management. Magda advised on the majority of agreements regarding the Horizon Plaza projects, as well as represented Kulczyk Silverstein Properties in respect of office and retail lease projects. She advised also, i.a., Strabag, Griffin, Immobel and Kappa Universal Properties on sales projects and the lease and management of office buildings. Currently she provides, i.a. ongoing legal services to Patrizia and Adventum funds as regards cooperation with tenants, contractors, service providers, designers and authorities.
