Sebastian Sury has over 16 years of experience in capital markets: debt, M&A and private equity projects, including cross-border transactions and ones involving complex financing. Sebastian has advised on, structured and conducted dozens of projects involving private and public placements, as well as bonds listed on the Catalyst market. He assists funds, brokerage houses and bond issuers. So far, Sebastian has coordinated approx. 130 bond issue projects. Throughout his career he has also gained comprehensive knowledge about out-of-court bond restructuring solutions.
