We advised Nickel Financing sp. z o.o., a company from the Nickel Development group, on the public offering of Series A bonds with a total value of PLN 21 million, carried out under the first bond issuance programme of up to PLN 31 million.

Our team - Piotr Smołuch, Piotr Wojnar, Karolina Rusak and Łukasz Świątek - provided comprehensive legal support at every stage of the transaction, from structuring the offering on the basis of the information memorandum, through the preparation and negotiation of the issuance documentation and the structuring of the collateral, to cooperation with the brokerage house and ensuring full compliance with applicable capital markets regulations.

The offering attracted significant investor interest, resulting in oversubscription and a subscription reduction of over 26%.
