Our litigation and arbitration team is one of the most experienced in Slovakia. Over 20 years of experience with the unique opportunity to successfully represent clients in the largest litigations tried in our jurisdiction works to our indisputable advantage. The total value of the litigation in which we represent clients amounts to several billion euros.

In many cases we take over litigation at a stage where a judgment against our client was wrongly issued. With the right and precise strategy, we manage to overturn the decision and our clients, often relevant market players, end up not only not having to pay a single euro, but we also recover significant amounts in legal fees. We are justifiably proud of such results. A well-defined strategy, meticulously guided, and carefully considered and pre-analysed steps, as well as a thorough knowledge of the substantive nature of the dispute, together with our ability to anticipate; all of this makes us unique and recognisable.

In addition to litigation, insolvency proceedings are unwanted but inevitable part of doing business. We are successfully advising banks and other financial institutions. We represent clients in insolvency proceedings, exercise their rights on their behalf, and analyse the individual asset portfolios comprising the insolvency estate to maximize the return for our clients.
