Victory for legal clarity in Energy Law

The Constitutional Court of Romania struck down a problematic provision in the Energy Law - and our client’s determination, coupled with our team’s expertise, played a key role in making it happen! 

The issue? A vague legal requirement that imposed broad obligations and penalties without defining clear violations. In other words, businesses were expected to follow rules they couldn’t even pinpoint.
