Marek Wojnar is an experienced professional in real estate, construction as well as M&A and corporate law. He has vast experience in real property due diligence, sale and acquisitions and leaseback projects in all sectors including office, retail, residential, logistics and industrial as well as asset and project management and leasing processes. His practice in construction law covers construction of all kinds of buildings and large infrastructure projects such as highway construction, EPC projects in energy and petrochemical sectors and also large construction (including FIDIC based projects) water and waste management sectors as well as greenfield and brownfield industrial projects. His focus on M&A projects includes acquisitions of targets for branch investors and private equity buyers as well as exits in form of trade sales, secondary sales and IPOs. For years he has also been engaged in the implementation of IP/IT/TMT projects on the Polish market. He enjoys also matters related to aviation and marine law such as acquisitions, charters, leases as well as operational agreements regarding planes, helicopters, yachts and superyachts.
