Olivier admitted to the Paris Bar and Madrid Bar, is an expert in M&A, Private Equity, ICT and digital law. With an entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision he advises executives, investors, and funds on growth strategies, structuring, and legal challenges, particularly in the tech sector.
