Dr. Alain P. Röthlisberger acts as partner and independent board member, focusing on strategy, corporate and commercial law, M&A and regulatory matters. He has a proven record of more than 25 years of experience as an attorney at law, corporate and general counsel and head legal and compliance in the fields of financial and capital markets law, securities regulation (including disclosure & takeover regulation), banking law, FinTech, commercial law, employment law, corporate law & corporate governance, joint ventures and cross-border M&A, all regarding transactions in Switzerland, Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, Asia (including China) and the US. He is an author of numerous books and articles on corporate law & corporate governance, securities regulation, banking and capital markets law as well as criminal procedure.
