WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Member of the Bucharest Bar with 5+ years of strong consultancy experience;
Proven track record in Corporate M&A, of which at least 4 years in the Corporate M&A practice of the Bucharest office of an international law firm or in a top Romanian law firm;
Analytical thinker focused on identifying solutions;
Proactive, team-minded, entrepreneurial - someone who takes ownership, not just instructions;
Fluent English, curious mind & fresh ideas.
