Claudia Wiesinger advises well-known companies from a wide range of sectors of the private and public sector in day-to-day employment law, on issues of corporate co-determination and on complex collective bargaining issues. In addition to the conception and implementation of extensive restructuring measures, her core competencies include the representation of the interests of companies in labour court disputes. She also has in-depth experience in advising her clients at the interfaces with social security law.
