Since 2018, Miguel Casino has been a Professor of Administrative Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Previously, he served as Counsel to the Constitutional Court and has more than 35 years of experience in litigation and in drafting legal reports and opinions on matters within his field of expertise, commissioned by public institutions and private entities.
