Monica Cid has extensive professional experience as a lawyer. She began her practice in civil and commercial law, focusing on labor, family and immigration law. She completed her generalist profile by advising companies and individuals on procedural matters of all kinds. In 2020 she decided to focus on what she is passionate about and began her career in the labor department of act legal Spain, taking on the management of Human Resources for some of the main clients, as well as in-house, in addition to continuing with the procedural and labor contracting practice.
